Still unsure if CBD (Cannabidiol) supplements are right for you-nopcoils blog

HOW TO USE CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is still hitting the headlines and thousands are now consuming CBD supplements on a regular basis. But because of the mass media frenzy and word of mouth recommendations for CBD Oil, knowing exactly what to take and how often can become quite confusing for many.

So, if you have not already purchased CBD (Cannabidiol) supplements and thinking of trying them soon, but you're unsure of what to do or how to take it or you've already started taking CBD supplements but want to be sure you're doing it correctly, we've listed a few tips on getting the best out of CBD (Cannabidiol) supplements.

Working out the Right Amount of CBD:

Getting the right amount for you individually is important, most people either use a low-quality oil in order to cut costs or purchase a higher-level CBD oil - but are worried about its effects or worried about getting high or feeling tired, so in some cases through these concerns are not consuming enough CBD (Cannabidiol) each day.

If you have been taking CBD (Cannabidiol) for quite some time but don't feel it's for you, yet it seems to be amazing for everyone else you know that takes CBD ...

....don't give up just yet, read on!

This could simply be a small error of judgement and not enough CBD oil. What amount works for someone else might not be the suitable amount for you.

As a result of all the uncertainty, lack of information and guidelines, many consumers don't even give CBD a try and some never return to the world of CBD (Cannabidiol) supplements.
It’s difficult to give the exact amount of CBD (cannabidiol) because unfortunately, there is no straightforward answer. it varies from person to person, using CBD is a personal journey which only the individual can fully understand for themselves. It depends on a few things including; quality and strength of CBD oil, weight, the height of the individual etc.

It’s quite simply all about finding
your own level (or also known as)“ a sweet spot ”

At the end of the day, you have to do what’s best for you and also what fits with your daily routine and lifestyle!

Many consumers that have turned to CBD supplements have said they would not be without them moving forward!

Finding your CBD level:

If we simplify this, it can come down to the weight of the individual, bioavailability (how well CBD is absorbed) and also the concentration of the CBD (Cannabidiol), and in what form the CBD has been taken; oil/liquid, capsules, edibles etc.

The bigger you are, the more CBD (Cannabidiol) you may have to take each day. To begin with, you may need to play around slightly with the amount of CBD oil you take. We explain more about this a bit further down this article.

Building up gradually is always the best policy - be patient because it will take time but you will get it right and it will be worth it!

When starting CBD supplements...

To promote and maintain a healthier lifestyle, the initial investment made into CBD is great and can be a costly exercise, but no more than some other supplements - many people look towards CBD as a quick fix as this is what they are lead to believe. It's a long term lifestyle change in order to maintain and support health and wellbeing... Remember it’s not a race or a sprint!

It’s all about time, adjustment, maintenance...

CBD is all about time and building Cannabidiol levels.

SUPPORT YOUR ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM (ECS)
What is the Endocannabinoid System?
The Endocannabinoid System also known as ECS is an extremely important and complex system within the human body.

The ECS is still a fairly new area of observation, as it was only just discovered in the 1990s and there is a lot more research still to be done in order to understand its functions fully.

CBD (Cannabidiol) food supplements provide a source of phytocannabinoids which support the ECS (Endocannabinoid System), helping to naturally maintain your overall health and wellbeing.

Many are now taking CBD supplements regularly to promote and maintain a healthier lifestyle! Therefore many consumers whatever their reason into investing in CBD supplements and products you have to look at various influencing factors to support your CBD intake and personal journey:

An architect does not build a skyscraper without looking at the foundations, a plumber does not install a new boiler or bathroom suite without checking the water supply waste and plumbing, a pilot does not forget to check the weather conditions or his equipment and fuel capacity before leaving the runway .....

We have to look at ourselves, our daily routine, our own foundations - our diet is also a key to balance and our general well being...

Consider the professional athlete seeking a gold medal after many failed attempts ... do they change their routine? diet? training plan? We could go on... or find alternative analogies ... but you get our point.

Obviously, the answer is yes to all!

Therefore there is a great belief that one should consider the same approach in regards to taking CBD supplements!!

You don’t join the gym and then dine out at fast-food restaurants, you don’t go on a calorie control diet and consume high-calorie content foods, lots of processed foods... and sugar-filled carbonated drinks... so why would you do the same when introducing a new food supplement?

Combining CBD supplements with a healthier chosen lifestyle can be rewarding.

Did you know that CBD (Cannabidiol) had previously been consumed for thousands of years and part of the food chain! Trace levels of cannabidiol can still be found in our human bodies today - however, due to CBD and cannabis-based products being outlawed and banned since the 1930s (post-prohibition) our individual cannabidiol levels are extremely low due to the removal of CBD from the human food chain.

CBD is taken by many individuals around the globe as a daily food supplement to promote well being and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Finding your personal level:

In a standard 10ml bottle of CBD Oil tincture/drops, with;
  • 500mg CBD content - 1 x drop equals to approx. 2.5mg CBD content.
  • 1000mg CBD content - 1 x drop equals to approx. 5mg CBD content.
So depending on how many drops taken, will determine your daily CBD intake.
We recommend consuming CBD one hour before or after a meal, and the consumer in many cases should space out the time between taking CBD to ensure absorption.

This is known as micro-dosing, small but regular maintenance!

Taking CBD supplements does not make you high due to the lack of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) the compound responsible for euphoric, mind-altering highs. So if you’ve been sceptical about using CBD infused products because you don’t want to get stoned, you’ve got absolutely nothing to worry about in that regard. It will not change the way that you look nor does it have any visible effects and certainly will not make you an 'A'-list movie star, supermodel, gold medalist athlete or deliver any of the wild claims that are being touted in the media industry across the world!

      REMEMBER, TO GIVE IT TIME...

Time is of the essence, and no one likes spending money on something that doesn't work. Although, sometimes, "good things come to those who wait" could not be more applicable!

We recommend using a diary, to begin with, to keep track, note how much CBD you took, what time you took it – among other things, in order to find what works for you.

As an unwritten rule, many of those who are new to CBD, start with as little as one drop per day for the first 1-3 days and then move on to one drop in the morning and one drop at night, continuing with this routine for 1 to 2 weeks.

Then based on the individual requirement many then look to increase to 3 drops per day for the following week and assess. By Week 4 some consumers have increased to 4 drops per day, or in fact greater levels - there is no written rule, you simply adjust accordingly (increase and decrease) through personal exploration. Once you have found a level that you're happy with, regulate and maintain your daily intake. Stick with a regular routine, it's no good taking CBD here and there, and days apart.

(Based On consumer reports) Many forget to take their CBD supplements regularly, often forgetting to maintain CBD consumption - so we suggest to place it in the bathroom cupboard next to your toothbrush and take after brushing your teeth or by the bedside.

why choose our cbd oil-nopc cbb oils

      QUALITY NOT QUANTITY

Unfortunately many commercial retailers now stock products that have very low concentrations of CBD. Realistically if they are selling CBD oil tinctures with under 500mg CBD content or capsules that are under 10mg per capsule, then you're probably looking in the wrong place.

There are remarkable differences in the concentration and quality of products in the marketplace. Some mainstream retailers have labelled products as "strong" or "extra-strong" and even they are the lower end of the market in terms of strength. The best way to compare the concentration of products is to see how many milligrams they contain, rather than relying on the product names.

Hemp 'Seed' Oil or Hemp Oil - what is the difference?

Another factor to look out for when determining where to buy your CBD is whether it's described as Hemp 'Seed' Oil. Like CBD 'Hemp Oil' - 'Hemp Seed Oil' comes from the same plant, but when you look further into the subject, it seems that these two products are almost worlds apart!

The most important difference lies in their CBD (cannabidiol) content, which is nearly nonexistent in hemp seed oil. - A very different product to Hemp Oil which contains CBD (Cannabidiol) Cannabinoids, terpenes, and all the other active compounds in hemp are contained in the resin of its flowers, not in the seeds.

Each high-quality CBD (Cannabidiol) product is fully packed with naturally occurring goodies. Whole-plant CBD oil contains naturally occurring omega 3 fatty acids, plant phenol's, terpenes and flavonoids.

Sometimes expectation can outweigh the gains... not to sound like a spoilsport but CBD doesn't solve everything! If your expectation is for you to "feel" high or a sudden onset then maybe it's time to lower your expectations.

It takes a little while for your body to absorb CBD.
